1. Data controller
Cunplo is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and the service. You can contact us athola@cunplo.com.
2. What data we process
- Account data: the name and email address you provide when signing up or joining the waitlist.
- Emails from your Gmail account: when you connect your Google account you authorise us to read, in read-only mode, only the messages you select (sender, recipients, subject, date and body), in order to detect commitments and generate tasks. We do not access the rest of your mailbox, we do not send email on your behalf, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
- Data generated by the service: the tasks, contacts, moves and statuses Cunplo creates from that analysis.
- Technical data: access logs needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
3. What we use it for
We process the content of your email for one purpose only: to identify the commitments you make to your clients and turn them into tasks on your board. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract you request by sending us those emails.
We do not use the content of your email to train artificial intelligence models, nor do we sell, transfer or share it with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
4. Processors and providers
To provide the service we rely on hosting and language-model processing providers, which act as data processors and are contractually bound to process the data solely in accordance with our instructions. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account remains active. You can revoke Cunplo's access to your Gmail from your Google account at any time: from that moment on we process no further emails. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data by writing to us.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing tohola@cunplo.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date in the header and, where the change is substantial, we will notify you by email.
